Refund & Cancellation Policy
At SoftyLeather, every belt passes through strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you are eligible for a refund, please read the policy below.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only if:
The belt received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery
The returned product passes our quality inspection
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided if:
The belt shows signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery
The return request is made after 3 days
The product fails the return inspection
3. Refund Process
Once the returned belt is received and approved, the refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days
You will be notified via email once the refund is processed
4. Mode of Refund
Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method
COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer or UPI after verification
5. Deductions
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the product was damaged or incorrect
Return courier charges may be deducted for customer-initiated returns
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
Once shipped, cancellation or modification is not possible
